Leadership team
Our leadership team comprises of the Head of School, Deputy Head and 3 Assistant Heads. The leadership team work across the school in a range of areas, including staff support and development, pupil programming and support and key contact for families.

Therapy and Pastoral
At Chatten we have an outstanding team of qualified professionals who provide therapeutic input and support for our pupils. The Therapy team works directly with pupils and indirectly by training tutors and other staff. Currently, our therapy team includes:
Occupational Therapist: Helen Addington
Speech and Language Therapists: Corinne Kidd and Katherine Harris-Scully
Therapy tutors: Heather Hamilton, Kayleigh Parrish, Makenna Moss, and Tracey Ruskin
Designated Safeguarding and Pastoral Lead: Vicky Skingley
We additionally have highly skilled external staff who deliver specialist sessions to pupils one day a week, including a music therapist, art therapist, dance practitioner, and PE teacher.
Office, Facilities, and Kitchen
No school can run effectively without an amazing team of office and site personnel. Luckily, at Chatten we have exactly that. Currently, this team includes:
