Therapeutic Input

At Chatten Free School, we work closely with specialist therapists to support our pupils’ physical, sensory, and communication needs. This page has resources explaining how Occupational Therapy (OT) and Speech and Language Therapy (SALT) are used in school to help each child reach their full potential.

From developing fine motor skills to building communication, interaction, and emotional regulation, our therapy teams play a vital role in helping pupils thrive both in the classroom and beyond.

Sensory and OT

During a coffee morning in 2024/2025 Helen and Megan our occupational therapists discussed sensory processing in our pupils.
